The CAA is financially independent. Arbitration fees are the CAA's only source of income to cover its costs in providing ADR services. The CAA schedule of fees is set in accordance with the government's Rules on Arbitration Institution, Mediation Procedures, and Fees.

The arbitration fees are fixed by reference to the amount of the claim and counterclaim. The arbitration fees listed below include arbitrators' fees and the CAA's administration fees.
