The CAA requires the parties to deposit a sum of NT$ 2,052,000 in advance to cover the expenses of the DRB process, including members' hourly fees, the Secretariat's administration fee, and other related expenses. Each party is required to bear 1/2 of the advancement, NT$ 1,026,000. When DRB members begin working on the project, including site inspection, holding hearing(s), or drafting recommendations, each member will charge a fixed rate of NT$ 5,000 per hour. At the conclusion of the construction project, if there are unexpended balances left at the conclusion of the DRB's services, the CAA will refund the amount to the parties.
